Mr Ventouras has over 15 years’ experience in the resources sector and over 30 years’ experience in business development, corporate restructuring and marketing. He has managed multiple businesses in various industries and has served as a Non-Executive Director on various ASX listed company boards and leading IPO teams. George is currently a Non-Executive Director of Errawarra Resources Ltd (ASX:ERW). Previously, he was joint-founder, non-executive director and General Manager of Apollo Consolidated Ltd, an ASX listed exploration company which was the subject of a successful $180 million takeover.
Liz Henson
Non-Executive Director
Ms Henson is an international lawyer with over 35 years of global experience in corporate governance, business and professional services. Ms Henson was a Senior Partner at PwC based in London between 2007 and 2019, and prior to that, was a commercial partner in an accountancy firm focused on international business.
Whilst at PwC, Ms Henson founded and led the UK Firm’s International Entrepreneurs business and has worked with PwC’s capital markets team on numerous LSE and AIM transactions.
Ms Henson is currently a Non-Executive Director of Alien Metals (LSE:UFO) Future Metals Plc (ASX: FME, LSE: FME) and AIM listed Alba Mineral Resources Plc (LSE: ALBA).
Bruce Garlick
Non-Executive Director
Mr Garlick is a Finance Executive who has over thirty years’ experience in mining, exploration, and engineering, having an extensive knowledge of the Pilbara as a Director of Fox Resources Ltd which previously held significant exploration tenements in the Pilbara.
Mr Garlick, BCom, LLB, CPA, has worked both in Australia and Internationally on large open pit, and underground mining operations including base metals, and gold. Mr Garlick is currently a director of Errawarra Resources Limited.
Jozsef Patarica
Non- Executive director
Patarica brings over 30 years of operational and executive experience in the resources industry across Australia, West Africa, and South America. His expertise spans mineral sands operations, gold mining, and critical minerals development.
Most recently, Patarica served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Strandline Resources Limited (ASX:STA) from 2023 to 2025. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer positions at Gippsland Critical Minerals and Grande Cote Operations in Senegal.
Notable achievements in his career include leading the development of the Fosterville Gold Mine in Victoria, which has produced over 4 million ounces of gold since operations began. Patarica holds engineering and business degrees from Curtin University and LaTrobe University, along with a diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
