Salave is a technically robust project situated in a highly prospective region and is recognised as one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in Europe.

Black Dragon Gold Corporation is a Canadian-based junior mining company specializing in the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold assets. The company's flagship project is the Salave Gold Project, located in the Asturias region of northern Spain. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exploraciones Mineras del Cantábrico SL (EMC), Black Dragon Gold holds a 100% interest in the Salave project, which is recognized as one of Europe's largest undeveloped gold projects. The project boasts a compliant independent JORC resource of 1.6 million ounces of gold, grading 4.19 grams per tonne at a 2.0 g/t Au cut-off grade.

In addition to the Salave project, Black Dragon Gold has diversified its exploration portfolio by acquiring Marlee Gold Pty Ltd in July 2022. Marlee Gold holds three exploration licenses in the North Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia, an area known for its significant regional gold and copper mines. These strategic acquisitions reflect Black Dragon Gold's commitment to expanding its global exploration assets and enhancing its position in the mining industry.

Mr Roberts is an experienced and highly effective project leader, with a track record of permitting and commissioning underground mines. For more than fifteen years Mr Roberts has worked exclusively in the European mining sector.

Prior to joining Black Dragon Gold Mr Roberts was Head of Corporate Affairs at Adriatic Metals where his collaboration with both government and regulatory authorities led to the rapid and successful permitting of the world-class Vares silver mine.

Mr Cronin is a co-founder and Managing Director & CEO of Adriatic Metals, and is Executive Director of ASX listed Black Dragon Gold Corp, in addition to being a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Taruga Minerals Ltd. Paul has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, funds management, and commodity trading, with a strong European mining focus. Paul was Vice President of RMB Resources, the highly successful resource investment arm of First Rand Bank, and has a B. Com and MBA from the Queensland University of Technology.

Gabriel Chiappini

Mr. Chiappini is an experienced ASX director and has been active in the capital markets for 17 years. He has assisted in raising $AUD450m and has provided investment and divestment guidance to a number of companies and has been involved with 10 ASX IPO’s in the last 12 years. He is a member of the AICD and CA ANZ. Mr. Chiappini is a director of Black Rock Mining and Invictus Energy Limited.

Heidy Arocha

Ms Arocha is a qualified Spanish lawyer with over 25 years of experience, specialising in public and corporate law. She is also an specialist in government relations, with over 13 years of experience in the gold mining sector. In 2011, Ms. Arocha joined the mining sector as Director of Legal and External Affairs for Kinross Gold Corporation, a Canadian public company (NYSE KGC, TSX: K). During her time at Kinross, she held senior positions in Spain, Ghana and Mauritania.

Ms Arocha has also acted as an external general consultant to several mining companies during her career. She is currently a non-executive director of Akaawa Mining Ltd, a publicly listed Canadian company, where she manages its exploration programme, and a general advisor to Asante Gold Corporation, one of the largest gold producers in Ghana.

Alberto Lavandeira has over 38 years’ experience operating and developing mining projects. Former Chief Executive Officer, President and COO of Rio Narcea Gold Mines (1995-2007), which built three mines including Aguablanca. Director of Samref Overseas S.A (2007-2014) – involved in the development of the Mutanda Copper-Cobalt Mine in the DRC. Mr. Lavandeira is also CEO & MD of Atalaya Mining, owner of the Riotinto copper project near Seville, Spain.

Jose Manuel Dominguez

General Manager

Formerly the General Manager of Imerys in both Spain and Italy following a long career with Rio Tinto in various managerial and technical roles in Spain. Mr. Dominguez is a Mining Engineer of the School of Mines in Oviedo with over 30 years of experience in open pit and underground operations, mine design and permitting, and holds an M.B.A
