Mark is a Chartered Accountant with in  excess of 25 years experience in corporate advisory and  management, primarily in  restructuring and turnarounds.

He commenced his career in Perth, Western Australia and subsequently spent 16 years working and living in Asia where he led restructuring engagements involving debt  totalling more than US$15 billion.

A Geologist with 30+ years of international experience, Tim is a Graduate of the WA School of Mines (1990).

His varied career commenced with operational roles at various mines, before moving to mineral exploration. He was 15 years with Placer Dome, where he was Exploration Manager – Asia, and later Risk and Assurance Advisor as part of the group’s internal assurance function.

He specialises in green fields exploration, developing innovative geological and exploration concepts.

Steve is a Geophysicist and Geologist with in excess of 40 years of wide-ranging  experience in mineral exploration in the world’s major metallogenic provinces. 

This include exploration the Archaean Yilgarn and Pilbara cratons, Canadian  Shield, USA, West Africa, the Australian Proterozoic and the Arabian Shield, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and Indonesia.

Graeme is a geologist, with significant national and international experience spanning 30 years with major resource companies (15 years with Barrick), and junior explorers.

His experience spans the exploration spectrum from generative to in-mine resource development. He has a strong understanding of mineral systems and has contributed to discoveries in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Africa and the USA.

For the last 10 years Graeme has been providing consulting services to various exploration and mining companies, including both technical and commercial management, with a focus on Western Australia and primarily gold exploration in the Kalgoorlie region.

Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience in the mineral and energy sectors and has a track record of  project identification, financing and development. He has worked in various geological and corporate capacities throughout his career   Most recently, Jonathan served as the founder and managing director of ASX listed Kaiser Reef Mining (Kaiser), occupying the role from the company’s initial listing on the ASX in February 2020, until 7 October 2025. Kaiser has grown from a junior explorer to a profitable gold producer with a current market capitalisation of nearly $180M
