Dato’ Larry Gan Nyap Liou (“Dato’ Larry”), is a trained chartered accountant and a certified management consultant. He spent 26 years with Accenture, the world’s leading consulting firm. He was the Managing Partner for Accenture Asia, and between 1999 to 2003 he managed the firm’s multibillion dollar Venture Fund in Asia Pacific and concluded investments in China, Japan, Australia and Singapore. Also, he held many global leadership roles, consulted on strategic projects for multinational corporations and worked with innovative technologies around the world. He served as Chairman of the Association in Computer Industry Malaysia (“PIKOM”), Vice-President of the Association of Asian Oceania Computer Industry Organization, and a Member of the Minister of Science & Technology Think Tank, Copyright Tribunal, Labuan International Financial Exchange Committee, MIMOS Berhad (Government Technology Research) and the Malaysia US Business Council. Presently, he is the Chairman of Rev Asia Berhad and Board Member of the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group and the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce. He was formerly the chairman of Cuscapi Berhad, Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad, as well as a director of Amcorp Properties Berhad, Formis Resources Berhad, Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad, and ASX-listed iProperty Group Ltd (ASX: IPP).

Kin Wai is a tech investor and entrepreneur with broad experience across Asia and Europe. Kin Wai founded his first company at the age of 23 and he has since then been building companies across internet media, software and biotechnology. He was named by the media as one of the youngest Managing Directors of a publicly traded firms in Southeast Asia when he took his first company to a successful IPO at the age of 28.

He has to date led half a dozen of technology companies with 6 of them being listed on major stock exchanges in the Asia Pacific region. More recently he co-founded the Fatfish Internet Group (“Fatfish”), a regional venture builder that focuses on building internet businesses in Southeast Asia and Australia. Fatfish is among the first of its kind to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX). Fatfish has recently set up a presence in Nordic markets.

Kin-Wai currently serves as the Chairman of iCandy Interactive Ltd (ASX:ICI), the first smartphone game company to go public from Southeast Asia. He also sits on the Board of various public and private tech companies across Asia and Europe e.g. Sedania Innovator Berhad, Lunch Actually Group and iFashion Group.

Kin Wai was a recipient of a full undergraduate scholarship from a Fortune 500 energy company. He received a MBA degree from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Engineering degree with first class Honours from the University of Manchester. He was also a faculty research staff and PhD candidate at Digital Communications Department of the Imperial College London.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr Bruce helped pioneer the growth of the Australian and Asian technology and asset finance sectors. An early innovator in the market, Mr Bruce has a wealth of knowledge within telecommunications, cards, and asset-backed consumer and small business finance. In Hong Kong, Mr Bruce worked at the forefront of the dot-com era, backing one of the early independent VOIP, bandwidth and data suppliers, as well as a technology backbone company involved in settling data exchange services. He was also a founding member of the HK- China Telecoms association. Mr Bruce has acted as an advisor on IPOs, asset-backed financings, and Debt Capital Markets issues in China, Australia, London, the UAE, & Singapore. He has led investment and advisory transactions in e-commerce, edtech, consumer finance, and telecom infrastructure, alongside a multitude of other major projects across the resources, green energy, real estate, and mortgage sectors.

Donald H. Low

Donald holds a B.Econs. from the University of Western Australia. He has worked in the corporate advisory and corporate finance sector with experience covering the whole business cycle, ranging from start-ups, business creation and exits via Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Reverse Take Overs (RTO), Trade Sales and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As). As part of all corporate restructurings, especially in distressed assets and business models, Donald takes a hands-on approach in the senior management of the companies. He has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as director on boards of private and publicly listed companies in Asia, Australia and Europe with interests ranging from traditional businesses such as agriculture (oil palm plantations, etc),logistics, finance, mining, manufacturing, food and service (A&W) to new economy businesses in the TMT (Telecommunication, Media &Technology) space and the fast growing internet environment.

Jeffrey Hua Yuen Tan

Mr Tan has 16 years’ experience in equities and derivatives markets and client portfolio advisory roles and has also facilitated resource and property projects in China and Vietnam. Mr Tan is a director of Fraden Projects Australia Pty Ltd, a company of foreign project management consultants that facilitated the development of the USD $300 million Yen So Project with the local government and Gamuda Berhad.

As Director Mr Tan has also facilitated the acquisitions and development of private ventures in China’s Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces.
