Robin Levison

Robin Levison

Non-Executive Chairman

Appointed as a Director and Executive Chairman on 22 October 2013. Robin became Non-Executive Chairman from 1 July 2022.

Mr Levison has more than 25 years of public company management and board experience. During this time, he has served as Managing Director at Industrea Limited and Spectrum Resources Limited and has held senior roles at KPMG, Barclays Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Mr Levison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Queensland, is a Chartered Accountant and is a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Glenn Molloy

Glenn Molloy

Executive Director

Mr Molloy founded the former entity Plaspak Pty Ltd in 1979 and has acted as a director of the consolidated entity since that time. He has extensive experience on public company boards, and in advising publicly listed and private entities on commercial aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestment activities.

Mr Molloy was appointed to the role of Executive Director in September 2009 following the retirement and resignation of David Hoff as Managing Director.

Anne-Marie Birkill

Non-Executive Director

Anne-Marie is a company director with experience as an executive and non-executive director for private, public, industry and government boards and committees. With expertise and experience in the innovation and investment sectors, she has largely served on the boards of technology companies and organisations that support and finance such companies. Anne-Marie’s professional career includes over 30 years’ experience in commercialisation and product development. She is a co-founder and director for OneVentures, a venture capital firm that invests in technology companies with global potential. Her previous executive roles have included CEO for i.lab technology incubator and General Manager for UniQuest, The University of Queensland’s technology commercialisation company.

Anne-Marie is an active participant in the innovation community, speaking at a wide range of events, and is a mentor particularly for other women working in the finance sector. She is a GAICD.

Anne-Marie holds a BSc(Hons) and MBA.

Marc Fenton

Marc Fenton

Chief Executive Officer

Appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 3 July 2023. Prior to this Marc was Chief Operating Officer.

Marc was the Head of Technology with Australian Agricultural Company (ASX: AAC) and held various General Manager technology roles with Rio Tinto (ASX: RIO) across technology strategy, organization design, technology governance, outsourcing and cost reduction. Prior to that Marc worked in Deloitte across a broad range of industries and projects, both locally and internationally.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Dublin City University, Ireland and a Graduate Diploma in Business from the AGSM, Sydney.

Will Shiel

Will Shiel

General Counsel & Company Secretary

Appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2021.

Will was a senior legal counsel and manager at ASX Limited (ASX: ASX), focusing on technology. Before this, he held a variety of senior positions at leading national and international law firms. Will specialises in all aspects of commercial law, with particular experience in intellectual property, contracts and cutting-edge technology transactions.

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Sarah Price

Sarah Price

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience as a financial controller, including key roles at Technology One, Cardno, Xstrata and PwC. Across these positions, Sarah has built extensive knowledge of group finance and taxation with a focus on global reporting, financial strategy and risk management. In her role as CFO, Sarah works across the PPK Group, Li-S Energy, White Graphene, BNNT Technology Ltd, Craig International Ballistics and Advanced Mobility Analytics Group.

Sarah holds a Bachelors of Business from Queensland University of Technology, is a Chartered Accountant and Affiliate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
