Company Overview

Recharge Metals Limited is an ASX-listed explorer focusing on the Newnham Lake Uranium Project in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada, and the Express and Wapistan Lithium Projects in James Bay, Québec, Canada. The Newnham Lake Uranium Project covers 15.84 km² and has confirmed uranium presence in both unconformity and basement rocks. It is near IsoEnergy’s Hurricane Zone, which has a significant uranium resource. The Express Lithium Project covers 74 km² in James Bay, Québec, near Allkem’s James Bay deposit and Nemaska’s Whabouchi mine. The Wapistan Lithium Project, spanning 107.22 km², is also in James Bay, close to Q2 Metals' Mia Lithium Project and Ophir Gold Corp's Radis Lithium Project. In Western Australia, Recharge's Brandy Hill South Project has identified extensive copper zones with silver, molybdenum, and tungsten over a 500m strike length.

Led by Managing Director Felicity Repacholi, an accomplished geologist, Recharge’s experienced board and management team are supported by Dahrouge Consulting for technical and geological oversight across its projects.

Felicity Repacholi

Managing Director

Ms Felicity Repacholi is a professional geologist and brings a wealth of experience in mineral exploration and resource development to the Company, having worked with several public and private companies across a 20-year career.

Felicity is experienced in conducting due diligence and project evaluation for venture capital business development and has experience in a range of mineral commodities. Felicity has been part of the exploration team responsible for the discovery and delineation of several economic deposits.

Felicity brings significant management experience; she was a founding non-executive director of Whitestar Resources Ltd (ASX:WSR) and is currently Non-Executive Director of Widgie Nickel Limited (ASX:WIN).

Simon Andrew

Non-Executive Chairman

Simon has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets in Asia and Australia.

Previously he has held senior management positions at various global investment banks. These roles included leading the equity sales desk for BNP Paribas and heading the Refining and Petrochemicals sector research team at Deutsche Bank in Asia as well as spending 5 years as a research analyst at Hartley’s covering the oil and gas and industrial sectors.

Simon has over 15 years of ASX Board experience. Recent ASX Directorships include Mamba Exploration Ltd, Riversgold Limited, and Emmerson Resources Limited

Amanda Burgess

Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary

Ms Amanda Burgess is an accounting and company secretary professional with over 30 years’ experience. She graduated from University of WA with a Bachelor of Economics degree and is a member of CPA Australia (CPA). Amanda specialises in corporate governance, statutory reporting and financial accounting. Amanda currently holds CFO and Company Secretary positions with various Australian companies and has also been involved in listing of a number of junior exploration companies on the ASX.

Amanda is currently Company Secretary for Mamba Exploration Limited (ASX:M24) and Nico Resources Limited (ASX:NC1).
