Held several senior executive roles at SLB including President Reservoir Characterisation, Executive Vice President Technology. Most recently, SLB's Executive Vice President New Energy with responsibility for deploying differentiated technologies and practices to decarbonise exploration and production operations, and the development of new avenues of growth in emerging markets with carbon-neutral technologies. Continues to work as a Strategic Advisor to SLB.

Experience Board and governance experience having served on the boards of a number of Shell joint ventures in China, Korea and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Shell, worked at Procter & Gamble and IBM. Gained significant experience in a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, consumer goods and IT.

Experienced financial executive with strong capital markets experience, including six years as a public company CFO at Constellation Energy Partners LLC and DCP Midstream LLC. Spent the first 20 years of her career in investment banking and management consulting. In these roles, assisted C-suite energy executives in areas such as benchmarking and performance management, business transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. Served in various leadership capacities, including as Arthur Andersen’s Partner leading the North American oil and gas consulting practice and Leidos (formerly known as SAIC) Senior VP, global consulting leader.

Ian Macfarlane

Australia’s longest serving federal Resources and Energy Minister and the Coalition’s longest serving Industry and Innovation Minister with over 14 years of experience in both cabinet and shadow ministerial positions. Before entering politics, experience included agriculture, President of the Queensland Graingrowers Association from 1991 to 1998 and President of the Grains Council of Australia from 1994 to 1996.

Retired from Shell in 2016 after a 15-year tenure holding numerous positions, including Executive Vice President Arctic, Executive Vice President Exploration and Production, Country Chair in Australia and Executive Vice President Africa. Previously had an 11-year tenure with Mobil prior to its merger with Exxon.

Fifteen years in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly, including as the Western Australian Treasurer. Formerly Minister for Finance, Energy, Aboriginal Affairs and Lands and various shadow cabinet portfolios including Shadow Treasurer with responsibility for native title and the Pilbara. The first Indigenous Treasurer of any Australian parliament.

Prior to entering Parliament, Mr Wyatt practiced as a lawyer in both private practice and with the Western Australian Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Meg O'Neill

Meg O'Neill was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 17 August 2021. Meg joined Woodside as Chief Operations Officer in May 2018. Previously, Meg held senior roles for ExxonMobil, including regional production and development leadership positions, and country leadership positions in Norway and Canada.

Meg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with degrees in Ocean and Chemical Engineering.
