About

Australian EVS (Australian Electric Vehicle Specialists) is an engineering-led company accelerating the transition to electric through practical, scalable solutions.

We focus on electrifying existing vehicles and industrial assets that would otherwise remain in service for decades. Our proprietary eKit platform replaces internal combustion drivetrains with fully integrated electric systems, enabling fleets, 4WDs, buses, and specialised equipment to operate with zero emissions—without the cost of full replacement.

To support this transition, our ePod systems provide mobile battery storage and charging, unlocking electrification in off-grid and infrastructure-constrained environments.

What sets Australian EVS apart is our ability to combine deep engineering capability with real-world delivery. We design, build, and deploy systems that perform in demanding conditions, not just on paper.

With a focus on modular, repeatable manufacturing and a growing installer network, Australian EVS is positioned to scale rapidly—delivering immediate emissions reduction, lower operating costs, and a practical pathway to electrification across multiple sectors.

Strategic Positioning

Australian EVS is strategically positioned to become a leading brand in the global electric automotive aftermarket, with a long-term focus on scalable manufacturing and platform-based electrification.

While OEMs focus on new EVs, the largest opportunity lies in the millions of existing vehicles and industrial assets that will remain in service for decades, as well as modifying and upgrading stock EVs for specialised operations.

Our strategy is brand and platform driven, not project-based. By standardising products, investing in manufacturing, and expanding a licensed installer network, Australian EVS is building a trusted aftermarket brand for electric conversions, electric modifications, upgrades and energy solutions.

The addition of our ePod platform strengthens this position, extending our offering into energy infrastructure and supporting broader electrification needs.

This approach enables a transition from specialised projects to high-margin, product-led manufacturing business supported by recurring revenue from parts, upgrades, and support.

By combining technical credibility with scalable products and strong brand development, Australian EVS is positioning itself as a defining name in the electric automotive aftermarket, capturing long-term value as electrification accelerates.

Competitive Advantage

Australian EVS’s competitive advantage lies in combining real-world engineering capability with scalable, productised electrification solutions.

Unlike competitors focused on bespoke conversions or early-stage concepts, Australian EVS has developed modular eKit platforms that standardise the electrification process. This enables faster deployment, reduced costs, and repeatable manufacturing across a wide range of assets—creating a clear pathway to scale and margin expansion.

Our advantage is strengthened by our full ecosystem approach. In addition to vehicle re-powering, our ePod platform solves critical energy infrastructure challenges by enabling off-grid and mobile charging. This allows customers to electrify assets in locations where grid access is limited, removing a major barrier to adoption.

We also benefit from deep integration expertise and propriety systems, spanning battery systems, drivetrains, controls, and CAN-based vehicle integration. This ensures our solutions are not only technically robust but proven in demanding, real-world applications.

Finally, our go-to-market model—combining in-house delivery with a licensed installer network—enables rapid geographic expansion without significant capital overhead.

Together, these factors position Australian EVS as a scalable, high-margin, and defensible player in the emerging electric automotive aftermarket, with the ability to deliver immediate, practical decarbonisation at scale.
