Company Overview
Chariot Resources Ltd is a lithium exploration and development company focused on hard-rock pegmatites in Nigeria, where it is acquiring a 66.7% interest in a large portfolio across Fonlo, Gbugbu, Iganna, and Saki. Six of ten licences have already been approved for transfer, reducing acquisition risk. The projects show high-grade lithium at surface, with rock chip assays up to 5.96% Liâ‚‚O, but remain undrilled.
Chariot is pursuing near-term cash flow via small-scale mining with its JV partner Continental Lithium, while planning systematic exploration and eventual large-scale mining. The company has strategic MOUs with Chinese offtake partners and a conditional A$1.425 million equity investment from Jiangsu Greatpower NextEnergy.
In the U.S., Chariot holds lithium projects in Wyoming and Nevada, with 32 drilling targets recently identified at Resurgent. Key 2026 catalysts include completing the Nigerian acquisition, launching a 10,000m+ drilling program, securing additional financing and offtake deals, commencing small-scale mining, and exploring divestment options for its U.S. claystone assets.
