The Company intends to scale institutional deployments across Australia and the United States, expanding recurring subscription revenue and strengthening governance in alignment with a future strategic acquisition or public market pathway.

Strategic & Commercial Progress

Australia – Funded Deployments Active Ezybandz is an approved NDIS Assistive Technology provider with active aged care and disability sales validating program-based purchasing and recurring SaaS conversion.

United States – Post-Hospital Inroads US hospital trial queued (Emergency Department + Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) -adjacent). Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA) eligibility confirmed, reducing purchasing friction within Medicare Advantage ecosystems.

Distributor & Channel Engagement Engagement with medical alert providers and US distributor pathways to enable institutional scale without building a large internal sales force.

Infrastructure Ready for Scale AWS-based cloud platform (HIPAA-ready), embedded LTE-M global connectivity (50+ Countries), US-based logistics, and standardised SKUs structured for institutional rollout.

Positioned at the Convergence of RPM & Continuous Safety

  • Remote Patient Monitoring: ~US$30B market

  • Always-On Personal Safety (PERS): ~US$9–11B market

  • Converging care-at-home infrastructure opportunity projected to exceed US$75B+ over the next decade

As healthcare delivery shifts from hospital to home, continuous safety coverage is becoming a structural requirement. Ezybandz is purpose-built for this convergence.

Market Applications & Deployment Pathways

Post-Hospital Discharge (30–90 Days) Always-on safety coverage during the highest-risk recovery window to reduce falls, escalation delays, and avoidable readmissions.

Hospital-at-Home & Virtual Wards Continuous patient safety layer supporting decentralised acute care programs.

Remote Patient Monitoring -Adjacent Safety Extension Event-based fall detection and emergency response layered alongside RPM platforms without workflow or billing conflict.

Funded Care Programs (Australia) Institutional fleet deployment across aged care and disability support environments.

Business Model

Ezybandz operates a hybrid deployment model combining institutional scale with direct-to-consumer access.

Institutional Land-and-Expand Model
  1. Deploy into post-discharge and funded care programs
  2. Activate recurring PMPM subscription revenue
  3. Grow revenue per account through longer monitoring periods and broader patient adoption

This model is designed for scalable, capital-efficient institutional growth.

Direct-to-Consumer (PERS) Channel

GuardianOne is also sold directly to individuals and families as a modern, phone-free medical alert device. This channel:

  1. Generates immediate subscription revenue
  2. Validates demand and pricing outside institutional procurement cycles
  3. Expands brand presence in the broader personal safety market

As deployments scale, high-margin recurring SaaS becomes the dominant gross profit contributor across both institutional and consumer channels.

Investment Highlights

Defined Post-Hospital Entry Point

  •  Targeting the highest-risk 30–90 day discharge window, where falls and readmissions drive measurable cost pressure and immediate institutional need.

Strategically Positioned Alongside RPM

  •  Infrastructure-layer model that complements existing RPM programs, enabling collaboration without reimbursement or workflow conflict.

Capital-Efficient US Expansion Architecture

  •  Channel-led growth via distributors and healthcare VARs, supporting institutional scale without heavy direct sales overhead.

De-Risked Technology Platform

  •  A$1.4M invested in R&D, including UNSW collaboration, resulting in a production-ready, cloud-enabled infrastructure platform.

Recurring Revenue at Scale

  • Subscription-first model with high-margin SaaS designed to compound as institutional deployments expand.

Clear Institutional & Public-Market Pathway

  •  Governance-led build aligned to strategic acquisition opportunities or long-term IPO readiness.

Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

  • Registered trademark in Australia and the United States

  • Design and product patent protection secured in Australia and the United States

  • Proprietary hardware–software integration architecture

This ensures brand defensibility and structural protection as institutional deployments scale across jurisdictions.
