Kairos Minerals is an Australian gold explorer, focused on advancing its 100%-owned flagship 1.4 Moz Mt York Gold Project, in the heart of the mineral-rich Pilbara region in Western Australia.
To date, Kairos has defined more than 3km of continuous gold mineralisation within a single, large-scale pit shell at Mt York and recently secured access to an additional 1,500m of well-mineralised strike along the Main Trend.
Mt York Gold Project (100%), WA
- 1,119km2 licences and applications in the Pilbara, plus gold & base metal rights to 367km2 surrounding licences.

- Kairos granted mineral rights (except lithium and tantalum) under 3 PLS exploration tenements and 1 application.
- Includes 1,500m extension of Mt York’s Main Hill deposit.
- Early access to the Priority Area to start a 50-hole, 10,000m drill programme over Main Hill Extension, aimed solely at delivering and adding gold resources.
Roe Hills Gold (100%) – Terra & Caliburn prospects
- Close to operating gold mines 4km south of the French Kiss deposit operated by Vault Minerals (VAU).
- Gold mineralisation over 257km2 tenement package.
- Terra – intense quartz veining, brecciation, alteration & disseminated sulphides over >1.5km.
- 3000m RC program planned – test between existing drilled lines and to extend mineralisation beyond existing drilling
