Cosmetique, Stormeur's operating company, has now entered into a binding agreement to acquire a prominent cosmetic clinic chain, which is expected to approximately double the company's operational footprint. This transaction will significantly expand the company's national presence and provide access to a team of highly experienced industry professionals, further accelerating the company's growth.
The acquisition will be value-accretive, structured as a mix of cash and equity, and forms part of a broader pipeline of transactions currently under active review.

Dr. Eranki serves as the Executive Chairman for Stormeur LTD
He holds qualifications in Finance, Business, Governance, and Medicine, and has an extensive track record as a CEO in the Health, Wellness, and Personal Services industry. Dr. Eranki has retired from medical practice to now focusing exclusively on Directorial and Executive roles.
Dr. Eranki has founded, scaled, and successfully exited ventures in various sectors, including Allied Health, Occupational Health, General and Specialist Healthcare, and the Cosmetic and Beauty Sector.
He frequently acts as a spokesman for these industries.

Mr Roger Blow is one of Australia's leading litigation lawyers.
With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the esteemed University of Bristol, he has amassed dver 20 years of experience as a solicitor and partner in some of Australia's and the UK's largest law firms.
Mr. Blow's areas of expertise encompass Health Law, regulatory matters, Tax Disputes, Media Law, IT law, and Defamation, with a specific focus on the healthcare sector, particularly Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery. As a go-to expert on multiple areas of law, Mr Blow frequently provides insightful commentary for television, radio stations, and newspapers.

In his current role, Mr. Blow serves as the Practice Director of Cove Legal and is an active committee member of the Australian Society for Computers and Law. A passionate advocate for charitable causes, he is the founder of the Australian Charity Corporate Battle of the Bands and actively participates in the 'Ride for Youth' rides from Albany to Perth, supporting the vital work of Youth Focus.
Non-Executive Director
Sam Wright has 20 years of experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, corporate governance and corporate finance. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Sam is currently a director of ASX listed companies; Great Dirt Resources Ltd, Reach Resources Ltd and Structural Monitoring Systems Plc. Mr Wright is currently Company Secretary for ASX and London Stock Exchange dual listed company, Resolute Mining Ltd as well as ASX and Börse Frankfurt dual listed company, Buxton Resources Ltd. Sam has also filled the role of Director and Company Secretary with companies in Australia, North America and the United Kingdom.
Mr Wright is the Managing Director of Perth-based corporate advisory firm Straight Lines Consultancy, specialising in the provision of corporate services to listed companies.
Sam has extensive experience in relation to public company responsibilities, including ASX and ASIC compliance, control and implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, merger and acquisition transactions, IPO listings and shareholder relations with both retail and institutional investors.
