Close the Loop Limited (ASX:CLG)

Grant has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate finance. Previous roles have included CFO for ORIX Australia, GM Finance & Shared Services NAB, CEO of National Australia Corporate Advisory, Director of Acquisitions at Ferrier Hodgson CA, and Group Financial Controller at Faulding.

Grant is currently a Non-Executive Director of RPM Automotive Group Limited (ASX: RPM). He holds a B.Ec (Comm) and an MBA from The University of Adelaide and he is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (FCA).

Grant is the chair of the Board's Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Sammy was the chief executive of ISP Tek Services, a leading refurbisher and distributor of consumer electronics based in Texas that the Company acquired full ownership of in April 2023.

For over 25 years, Sammy Saloum has been a leader in omnichannel retail, merchandising, marketing, financial services and reverse logistics. Sammy has developed a global network in all aspects of retail, managing billions of dollars of profitable growth. As CEO of ISP Tek Services, Sammy supported some of the world’s largest consumer electronics businesses through leading circularity, reuse and re-manufacture services in the US. Prior to his involvement with ISP Tek Services, Sammy served in senior level executive positions with key brick and mortar retailers including RadioShack, CSK Auto and CompUSA Inc.

Sammy is a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Appointed 14 December 2023.

John brings extensive knowledge in technology, having previously held a senior executive role at Telstra. In addition to his corporate expertise, he is currently the Chairman of Moorup Technologies, where he continues to drive innovation in the mobile technology space. With a career that spans both the corporate and startup ecosystems, John has developed a unique blend of skills in technology, sustainability, and innovation, making him a highly respected leader in these sectors.

Kesh joined Close the Loop in 2008. Kesh provides leadership for the strategic development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology across all of Close the Loop’s global operations sites.

Since joining the company, Kesh successfully expanded and enhanced the company’s IT infrastructure to optimize Close the Loop’s premier sustainability solutions. He also helped architect the company’s resource recovery initiatives in the Business Intelligence space, creating unforeseen added value for customers.

Previously Kesh ran the IT systems for the Education Department at La Trobe University, directing the management of information systems, applications development, computer operations and technical support. Kesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business Systems.
