Managing Director
- Matthew is an experienced mineral industry executive and company director with 25 years experience in the mining, commodities and automotive sectors.
- He has held senior leadership roles in Australia, the USA and Asia.
- He has served on the board of mining companies in Canada, Hong Kong and Australia, and is currently a non-executive director of Reach Resources.
- During his career he has worked with company’s involved in production as well as exploration and development.
Hamish Halliday
Non-Executive Chairman
- With over 25 years corporate and technical experience, Mr Halliday has been involved in the discovery and funding of multiple, large scale, mineral projects across four continents.
- Mr Halliday has held numerous executive and non-executive roles in the mining industry since 2001.
- He founded Adamus Resources Ltd, which he grew from a A$3M float to a multi-million oz emerging gold producer.
- He also co-founded a number of other highly successful mining companies including: Gryphon Minerals, Venture Minerals, Renaissance Minerals, Alicanto Minerals and most recently Blackstone Minerals of which he is Non-Executive Chairman. Mr Halliday is a Member of AusIMM.
Alex Molyneux

- Alex is an experienced mining industry executive and financier.
- Prior to joining the mining industry, he spent 10 years in investment banking as resources specialist, including time as Head of Metals and Mining Investment Banking, Asia Pacific for Citigroup.
- Alex has held key leadership roles with Galena Mining Ltd, Paladin Energy Ltd, Ivanhoe Mines Group and Ivanhoe Energy.
- He is currently a director of Galena Mining Ltd, Argosy Minerals Ltd, Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd and Tempus Resources Ltd.
Troy Flannery
Chief Operating Officer
- Mr Flannery is a mining executive with 24 years’ experience across all stages of the mine life cycle, including exploration, feasibilities, project financing & construction and production.
- Troy’s experience includes roles with numerous mining companies, including most recently the CEO of Abra Mining, COO of Galena Mining and management positions with Newcrest, BHP, AMC Consultants and other mining companies.
- Troy has a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, Masters Degree in Finance and a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate.
