Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Lewis is a principal and joint founder of corporate advisory firm SmallCap Corporate, which specialises in corporate advice and compliance administration to public companies.

He provides the board with a wealth of knowledge obtained from his diverse financial and corporate experience in previous appointments.

Mr Lewis is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Non-Executive Director of Lion Energy Limited, Kairos Minerals Limited and Kingsland Global Limited.

Robbie Featherby

Company Secretary

Mr Featherby is a corporate advisor at SmallCap Corporate, a boutique corporate advisory firm specialising in providing company secretarial, CFO and transaction management services involving both listed and unlisted companies.

Mr Featherby is also the Company Secretary of Victory Goldfields Limited (ASX:1VG), Cosmos Exploration Limited (ASX:C1X) and Volt Resources Limited (ASX:VRC).

Ms Cramer is the co-founder and managing director of boutique corporate services firm Belltree Corporate and has over 10 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary to ASX-listed mining and resources companies. Ms Cramer is a qualified lawyer (LLB), graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ (AICD) Company Directors course and company secretary of a number of ASX-listed companies.
