Swift Networks Group Limited (ASX:SW1)

Charles Fear has extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of several ASX-listed companies. Charles gained considerable experience in equity capital markets, debt markets, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory whilst with Hartley Poynton and Argonaut Limited which he co-founded in 2002.

Charles has a strong understanding of the fundamentals of resources and resources services industries across the full spectrum of mining and oil and gas sectors and maintains relationships with Australian and global institutional investors and fund managers.

Brian has over 25 years of executive experience in Australian Listed companies in Engineering, Technology, and Investment sectors. He was appointed CFO and Director at Swift Media in April 2021 and later transitioned to CEO and Managing Director in September 2021. Brian’s experience includes strategic and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, debt finance, information technology, risk management, and company secretarial.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and was a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the AICD. Brian’s last major role was as CFO of ASX listed Veris Group, the largest surveying group in Australia with over 800 staff and revenues of over $100 million. He is also a former Managing Director of listed companies AirBoss and Australian Growth. Brian now brings his wide-ranging experience to Swift Networks.

Pippa joined Swift in July 2019 following her tenure heading up Nine’s digital sales team where she was responsible for the media company’s key online properties including nine.com.au, 9Honey and their broadcast video on demand platform 9Now. Pippa was previously CEO of Fairfax-Nine programmatic exchange APEX, and prior to that held senior executive roles at Fairfax Media, including Managing Director of the publisher’s Digital Media division.

Pippa is also an experienced board director and currently sits on the advisory boards of the RLPA and uCast as well as joining the Swift Board in April 2021.

Brad is an experienced Non-Executive Director and CEO with a strong financial background. Brad is experienced in complex multi-party projects and business turnarounds and has extensive client relationships in the government, mining, aged care and commercial sectors. Brad is a founding director of property development group Development Solutions Australia Pty Ltd.

Brad is also Chairman of Providence Lifestyle Group Pty Ltd, a company developing over 55’s lifestyle villages, and is a Non-Executive Director of prefabAUS, Australia’s leading industry body for offsite construction.
