Company Overview

Alligator Energy Limited specialises in the exploration and development of uranium and energy-related mineral projects. The company's portfolio includes projects in Australia and Italy, targeting commodities such as uranium, nickel, cobalt, and copper.

The company's flagship asset, the Samphire Uranium Project, is located approximately 20 kilometres south of Whyalla in South Australia. This project comprises two historical uranium prospects, Blackbush and Plumbush, with a combined resource estimate of 17.5 million pounds of uranium. A robust scoping study has been completed, outlining plans for the production of 1.2 million pounds of uranium per year, with a pilot plant planned, subject to approvals.

Paul is a finance and corporate advisory professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the finance services industry. Paul was a Founding Director at Paradigm Capital, a boutique corporate advisory firm specialising in junior and mid-tier ASX listed resources companies, and a Director of Proserpine Capital a private equity firm for circa 4 years.

Paul has been an AGE Board member since inception and Chairman for 3 years.

Management roles at WMC Olympic Dam & nickel mines, LKAB Iron Ore (Sweden), ERA Ranger and Jabiluka Uranium. International commodities marketing with Rio Tinto (ERA) Uranium, and Bauxite & Alumina groups. Founding CEO of Toro Energy Ltd – achieved approval of Western Australia’s first modern uranium mine project. SACOME Council member and past President.

Civil Engineer/CEO. GM roles with WMC Ltd, including development of major mining projects.  Corporately established and steered companies through early stages into significant businesses. Founding MD of Extract Resources during the discovery and pre-feasibility of Husab Uranium mine in Namibia, sold for US$2.2 billion. Currently CEO of minerals investment group Macallum.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Natural Resources (Hons) and an MBA from Deakin University. She has 30 years of experience having worked across a range of business functions including strategy and planning, exploration and operations, multi-country project development and approvals, due diligence and assurance processes, crisis management and organisational change. Her most recent executive role was the VP External Relations for Rio Tinto Energy where she was responsible for the policy development and strategic positioning of the Energy Product Group.

Callum McIntyre

Callum has extensive experience in the finance and technology industries, both in Australia and overseas. Previously based in London with international finance group Thomson Reuters, he started his career in Product Management focusing on technology development. He relocated back to Australia in 2019. Callum’s broader skill set includes operational strategy and optimisation as well as corporate strategy and digital marketing.

Callum is currently the Director – Business and Investment – Labonne Enterprises, a private investment company. He is also a Director of ReCircle, a private Company researching the recovery and reuse of soft plastics.

Callum holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia majoring in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics. He completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance majoring in Corporate Finance. He is a certified Product Manager.
