Company-led Capital Raising
Most companies bring their own investors. Some need ours,
most need both.
Your way,
lower cost.
A FAIR DEAL. A sourcing fee applies only to capital that comes from new investors, so introducing your own register costs you less with only a deal management fee applying across the raise. Everything agreed in writing before the offer opens. Amount, price, instrument, minimum, closing conditions, all agreed with your board and written into the offer.
The platform handles the administration. The judgement calls are still made by people. Experienced brokers sit behind every raise and pick up the phone when a book needs it.
The process runs in logical steps. Scope and structure. Offer documents and the deal page. Book build, where you watch every bid arrive instead of waiting for a call. Settlement, with funds collected through the platform and the allocation passed to your registry.
Demand comes from many places. Your own register and the investors you introduce. The LIQUIDITY Chairman’s List, the core member base of qualified wholesale investors who see offers as they open, the LIQUIDITY 35,000 strong mailing list and our network of Brokers and advisers we work alongside on the deals that suit their clients.
YOUR BOARD IS NOT RUNNING THE OFFER ALONE.
ASX, NSX, Private, Public Unlisted.
We can do all of it.
Different clocks
ASX and NSX companies want speed and certainty. Bids in, book covered, oversubscribed, and confidentiality held until the announcement. You watch the book fill in real time instead of waiting for a call.
Publicly traded companies need a register that supports the stock, so spread and the quality of the holders matter as much as the total.
Private and Unlisted companies have space and time, the offer stays open, closes can roll, the raise moves at the pace of the decision.
Plenty of companies are profitable, and still need money to get the next project moving. The people who follow that sector are often happy to fund it through loan notes. Fixed term, fixed interest, security where the company can offer it, Interest from an interest.
However the book is filled, the offer runs through a licensed intermediary. Investor eligibility is tested, wholesale certificates are collected and held, offer documents are issued through the platform, and every application is recorded and time stamped. Liquidity Technology Pty Ltd operates as a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR 001293556) of Mac Equity Partners Pty Ltd, AFSL 338731, and the offer is conducted under that licence.
Your board keeps control of the raise. It does not have to run the compliance of it.
Companies we have raised for Public and Private
Private and Unlisted
We make the follow up easy
You do the presentation, you make the pitch, and then you leave the meeting. People forget. They lose track of it. You have to follow them up, and that takes your time.
With smaller and less liquid private companies, people take time to make decisions. They come to LIQUIDITY, the information is there, they review it, they think about it, and when they are ready they bid.
An offer to wholesale investors still has to be made correctly. Directors who put securities in front of the wrong investors, or without the right documentation, carry that exposure personally.
The register does not go quiet after the close. Holders stay on the platform, so updates, the next round and secondary interest reach the same people who already backed the company.

Problem
Lodestar Minerals required $500,000 to fund its maiden Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling program at the newly acquired Darwin IOCG Project in Chile. The program aimed to complete 2,000 meters of drilling, a critical step in advancing the project. However, traditional capital-raising methods posed challenges, including high broker fees of up to 6% and significant reliance on internal networks and directors for funding. Lodestar needed a cost-effective and efficient solution to secure the necessary funds.
Solution
Liquidity's innovative approach as the sole lead manager for Lodestar's recent capital raising showcased a modern and cost-efficient solution. The comprehensive package included collating marketing materials, creating a custom-branded digital deal page in Lodestar's colours, and providing a functional link for direct engagement with the company's investor network. This streamlined process empowered Lodestar to efficiently connect with current high-net-worth shareholders and potential investors. Notably, Liquidity implemented an innovative fee structure, charging 0% on funds raised through Lodestar's network via the branded page, a 2% management fee across the entire raise, and 4% on funds sourced through Liquidity's sophisticated investor network. This strategy significantly reduced costs for Lodestar while simultaneously broadening their access to a diverse pool of sophisticated investors through Liquidity's platform, exemplifying a mutually beneficial and forward-thinking approach to capital raising.
Outcome
Lodestar's capital raising campaign, facilitated by Liquidity, proved highly successful, surpassing the initial $500,000 target to reach $520,000. This oversubscription provided additional flexibility for exploration activities at the Darwin IOCG Project. The innovative approach yielded substantial cost savings by circumventing traditional broker fees, allowing Lodestar to allocate more funds towards its drilling program. The digital deal page streamlined investor communication and bolstered engagement with Liquidity's network, resulting in an efficient fundraising process. Moreover, Liquidity's platform expanded Lodestar's reach to sophisticated investors whilst maintaining control over the process. This case study exemplifies how Liquidity's innovative capital-raising solutions enable ASX-listed companies to achieve their funding goals more efficiently and cost-effectively compared to traditional methods, showcasing a new paradigm in the Australian financial landscape.

Problem
Aventuur set out to raise $10 million to support the construction and delivery of the Perth Surf Park, a highly anticipated tourism and leisure precinct located just 20 minutes south of the Perth CBD. With planning approvals secured and the project deemed “shovel ready,” the opportunity was compelling, yet the capital raising presented a unique challenge. Rather than a standard equity raise, Aventuur offered wholesale investors an unsecured Loan Note that provided either 10% simple interest per annum or a package of in-kind surfing benefits, including exclusive access to the facility once operational. This hybrid return model, while innovative, fell outside the scope of most traditional brokers, who typically rely on conventional networks and fee-heavy methods. Aventuur needed a solution that could efficiently target and engage a very specific investor demographic: high-net-worth individuals with a passion for surfing and lifestyle-aligned investments.
Solution
As sole lead manager, Liquidity led the capital raising with a digital-first approach designed to identify, attract, and convert the right type of investor. A fully branded digital deal page hosted on the Liquidity platform served as the central point for information, investor registration, and applications. Liquidity also facilitated editorial outreach through media placements in Business News and Capital Brief to reinforce project credibility. However, the standout component of the strategy was a hyper-targeted digital marketing campaign developed in partnership with creative agency Juicebox. Using Meta and Google’s ad networks, the campaign focused on surf-loving investors aged 35 to 65 in Greater Perth. This unique alignment of brand and audience allowed Liquidity to connect investment opportunity with personal lifestyle, creating a narrative that resonated beyond traditional financial return metrics. The campaign delivered exceptional engagement, generating 955,032 impressions and over 11,000 clicks, with a click-through rate of nearly 7%. A $15,000 media spend translated into $6 million in investor bids submitted via the Liquidity platform, highlighting both the cost efficiency and precision targeting of the strategy. Liquidity’s modern fee model also kept costs low for Aventuur, applying just 2% on capital sourced through Aventuur’s own networks and 4% on capital sourced via Liquidity.
Outcome
Ultimately, the loan note raise generated strong momentum, reaching $6 million in submitted investor bids. However, the offer was contingent on Aventuur closing a separate equity round, which was not completed. As a result, the loan notes were not issued, and investor bids were not converted into capital. Nonetheless, the campaign clearly demonstrated Liquidity’s ability to execute high-performance capital raises with modern digital tools. By building a campaign that aligned with Aventuur’s brand and the lifestyle aspirations of its ideal investors, Liquidity showcased the future of targeted fundraising — more agile, more efficient, and more cost-effective than legacy broker models. This case reinforces Liquidity’s unique ability to execute tailored capital raising strategies that go beyond conventional structures, empowering companies to reach new investor markets while maintaining control, brand alignment, and strategic intent.
