Company Overview

Established to address the growing demand for high-purity industrial minerals, Corella Resources Limited is strategically positioned in the Yilgarn Craton region of Western Australia. The company's flagship projects—Tampu, Wiltshire, and Bonnie Rock—are wholly owned and boast high-grade, low-impurity kaolin and silica deposits.

In addition to its core focus on kaolin and silica, Corella is actively exploring the potential for High Purity Alumina (HPA) production. Recent test work has demonstrated the ability to produce ultra-pure 5N HPA from mineralisation at the Tampu project, highlighting the company's commitment to innovation and value addition.

Philip Re

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Philip Re is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Institute of Company who specialises in corporate advisory, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and investment banking for ASX listed Companies. He has held several board positions on various ASX listed companies over the years.

Mr Re currently acts as Chairman of ASX listed company, Westar Industrial Limited and as Non-Executive Director of Emerge Gaming Limited.

Peter Woods

Non-Executive Director

Mr Woods has extensive corporate finance, capital markets and investment advisory experience across various industries and geographies. He has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services specialising in wealth and corporate advisory, raising capital for both unlisted and listed companies, structuring, transactions, business development and driving growth for early stage companies. Mr Woods is founding director of Bluebird Capital, a project generation, investment and strategic advisory business.

Mr Woods holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance from University of Western Australia, together with a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, and has completed an executive education course on Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School, Boston USA.

Mr Woods has held numerous board positions on ASX listed companies including Matador Mining Ltd (MZZ.ASX), Bunji Corporation Ltd (BCL.ASX), TNT Mines Ltd (ASX:TIN) and is the founder and Managing Director of UVRE Limited (ASX.UVA).

Stuart Third

Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary

Mr Third is experienced in corporate governance, company secretarial, management and restructuring matters. Stuart is currently Non-Executive Director of ASX Listed company United Overseas Australia Ltd (ASX:UOS) and was on the Board of, and company secretary of, ASX listed Advanced Share Registry Ltd prior to its delisting in December 2023, and has previously served as company secretary of other ASX listed companies. He also works within the accounting profession as a facilitator for the Chartered Accountants Program.
