DevEx Resources Limited (ASX: DEV) is an Australian exploration company dedicated to identifying and developing significant uranium deposits within Australia. DevEx holds an extensive portfolio of high-quality projects across the Northern Territory and Queensland.

The company's flagship asset, the Nabarlek Uranium Project, is situated in the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province (ARUP) of the Northern Territory, a region renowned for its high-grade uranium deposits. Complementing this is the Murphy West Uranium Project, encompassing a province-scale area within the underexplored McArthur Basin region. Additionally, the Kennedy Rare Earth Element (REE) Project in North Queensland positions DevEx to diversify into critical minerals essential for modern technologies.

Tim Goyder

Chairman

The Company’s Chairman and major shareholder, Tim is a Perth-based mining investor with a strong record of successful investment and value creation in the Australian and international resources sector. He is experienced in all facets of the exploration and mining industries both in Australia and internationally and has a thorough understanding of the Australian and global equities markets having raised significant capital on the ASX during his career. Tim is currently the Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of entX Limited and Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited.

Todd Ross

Managing Director

With over 26 years of experience in the natural resources sector, Todd brings a wealth of expertise in commodities-related structured finance, derivatives, and advisory solutions. Prior to joining DevEx, Todd served as Managing Director and CEO of Nordic Resources Limited, an ASX-listed company focused on nickel and critical minerals exploration. His career also includes senior executive roles at BNP Paribas, Westpac, and Royal Bank of Canada, where he played a key role in financing critical commodities for the energy transition. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. Todd is currently a Non-Executive Chairman of Nordic Resources.

Brendan Bradley

Technical Director

Brendan is a geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a broad range of geological settings. Brendan previously held the role of Managing Director for DevEx from 1 June 2017 to 30 September 2024. He has also worked in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated Limited and Dominion Mining Limited. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Brendan is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited.
