Pat is the CEO & Director of Finexia Financial Group and is an experienced Corporate Finance executive, having lead Corporate Banking teams for a ‘Big 4‘ Bank for over 10 years with nearly 20 years in Financial Services.

With this level of experience and exposure Pat has a very broad range of expertise in most industries and financing scenario’s and has an outstanding record of championing and completing complex transactions. He has a particular passion for all types of property finance; development, investment and tourism, the sectors that support our ageing population and assisting clients to achieve their growth aspirations.

Executive Chairman of Finexia Financial Group (ASX code: FNX),  He was instrumental in Finexia listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2015. Neil has over 25 years’ experience in the financial service sector focused mostly on the equities and derivatives markets in Australia and Hong Kong.

Mr. Spano is a seasoned executive and director, boasting a remarkable 40-year tenure in the realms of corporate finance and credit markets, both in Australia and internationally. His expertise is not just limited to operations but also spans strategic aspects of the private credit markets. Mr. Spano's career is distinguished by numerous high-level executive roles and directorships, notably his leadership as the CEO of Alleasing.

In a more recent venture, Mr. Spano, playing a pivotal role as a principal shareholder in Bigstone Finance, contributed significantly to its acquisition by Metric Credit Partners in 2021. He continues to hold a dual role as both a shareholder and a Director at Metric Credit Business Finance, underpinning his ongoing influence and commitment in the financial sector.

Dan Ritchie, Non-Executive Director at Finexia, brings over 30 years of experience in Investment Banking with a focus on Institutional Equities. His career includes prominent leadership roles, most recently as Executive Director and Divisional Head at Macquarie Bank, where he served as Head of Australian Equities and Co-Head of Global Equities, overseeing Equity Sales and Trading, Research, and Equity Capital Markets. He has also held senior positions as Head of Australian Equities at Merrill Lynch and in Research Sales at UBS. With a career spanning Melbourne, New York, and Sydney, Dan has built strong institutional client relationships across the globe. A member of ASIC’s Market Disciplinary Panel and former Chairman of the Stockbrokers Association, Dan’s industry expertise and strategic insight strengthen Finexia’s ability to deliver outstanding results in private credit and funds management.
