Jeremy Robinson has extensive experience in fundraising, strategy, and corporate development. He is the founder of RareX and served as Managing Director for 5 years, during which he led the company through a period of massive resource expansion.

With 18 years of experience in corporate finance, Jeremy has worked both in investment firms and in-house roles.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, where he majored in Corporate Finance, Investment Finance, and Marketing.

Danny Goeman is a Non-Executive Director with expertise in offtake, marketing, and shipping. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at FMG and served as an advisor to the CEO. His career includes 20 years with Rio Tinto, where he held roles in management, sales and marketing, strategy development, and high-level commercial negotiations.

As Head of Marketing and later CEO, Danny was responsible for the 2018, 10-year binding take-or-pay offtake deal for junior SOP developer Danakali (ASX: DNK).

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management from Curtin University.

Guy Moulang is the Head of Geology with 20 years of experience in technology metals, base metals, and gold exploration. He holds a Bachelor of Science from James Cook University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG). Guy spent 10 years at Kagara Ltd, where he played an integral role in transforming the company from an ASX-listed junior to an ASX 200 company with a market capitalisation of A$1.5 billion through the discovery and drill-out of multiple base metal orebodies. His expertise in mineral systems led the Cummins Range carbonatite project from being a small, poorly understood rare earths deposit to becoming the second-largest rare earths deposit in Australia. At RareX, Guy supervises the geological aspects of the company and oversees exploration activities on its tenements.

John Young is a Non-Executive Director with a focus on geology, development, and growth. He is the co-founder and executive director of the successful ASX200 lithium producer Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX: PLS). John led the growth of Pilbara from a junior ASX-listed company to a globally significant $2 billion lithium producer in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Geology from Curtin University and serves as a director on a number of ASX-listed companies.
