Ben Barlow
Non-Executive Chairman
Ben has more than 25 years of experience in agribusiness investment management. He identifies high potential agribusiness and agbiotech enterprises and works to make them profitable and investor ready. He is a non-executive director of Australian Wool Network and Chairman of Proagni Holdings Pty Ltd. Ben holds a Master of Business in Agribusiness from Monash University and a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a fellow of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation. Ben joined the RLF Board on 1 August 2024 and became Chair on 31 March 2025.
Greg Hunt
Non-Executive Director
Greg has more than 35 years of leadership experience across the agriculture, agribusiness and industrial sectors. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Nufarm Limited and Managing Director of Elders Limited. He has served as a non-executive director and Chairman of a range of listed and private companies. His experience covers strategy, capital allocation, international market development, governance and value creation. Greg joined the RLF Board on 1 October 2026.
Tim Watson
Non-Executive Director
Tim brings extensive commercial farming and listed company experience. He spent more than 30 years developing and managing Sunland Agriculture, a broadacre irrigated cropping and horticulture business in southern New South Wales. He later served as Non-Executive Director, Chairman and Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Namoi Cotton, where he led the company through its acquisition by Louis Dreyfus Company. Tim has chaired the Lower Lachlan Water Users Association and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He joined the RLF Board on 1 October 2026.
Christopher Ramsey

Chris is the founder of AgWorld, an agricultural technology business. He has more than 35 years of experience across agribusiness, agricultural technology, sales, marketing and commercial strategy. He has founded and built multiple businesses and works with boards and executive teams to drive commercial growth and strategic execution. Chris joined the RLF Board on 1 October 2026.
