Crustal Dynamics is pursuing discovery-scale gold, copper and silver opportunities across three highly underexplored Australian projects. Its flagship Telfer North ground sits within the Paterson Province’s major discovery corridor, near Telfer, Winu and Havieron, where reconnaissance has identified visible gold, bornite and compelling structural targets. Combined with untested Cannington gravity targets and copper-rich Mount Shaw, Crustal offers investors exposure to multiple catalysts ahead of drilling and a proposed ASX listing.

Company overview

Crustal Dynamics is an Australian exploration company assembling a portfolio of high-impact gold, copper and silver targets across three underexplored projects in Western Australia and Queensland. Its flagship Telfer North project covers approximately 1,400 km² in the Paterson Province, within the broader structural corridor that hosts Telfer, Winu and Havieron. The Company believes historic regional mapping may have overlooked prospective basement geology; field reconnaissance has identified folded Proterozoic sediments, visible gold, bornite and a 3.47 g/t gold rock-chip result.

Beyond Paterson, Crustal holds the Cannington project in Queensland’s prolific Mount Isa Inlier, where historical drilling and gravity anomalies indicate potential IOCG-style copper-gold mineralisation, and Mount Shaw, where historical surface sampling returned up to 24.5% copper on ground that has never been drilled. Crustal’s experienced team combines field-led geology, geophysics and AI-assisted targeting to systematically advance these large-scale, drill-ready opportunities.

Peterson Province

The Paterson Province of Western Australia is one of Australia’s most prospective yet historically underexplored gold-copper regions. Its modern exploration history was shaped by the discovery of Telfer in 1970, initially recognised through subtle surface gossans rather than regional mapping, before developing into a major gold-copper operation. Later discoveries, including Winu and Havieron, reinforced the province’s potential for large mineral systems concealed beneath cover. Much of the northern Paterson was historically mapped at broad regional scale and interpreted as deeply buried beneath younger sediments, limiting previous exploration. Crustal Dynamics’ Telfer North tenure lies within this broader structural corridor, where the Company believes modern geological interpretation, field verification, geophysics and targeted drilling may identify overlooked mineralisation.

Investment Highlights

  • Flagship Paterson exposure: Telfer North spans approximately 1,400 km² in Western Australia’s Paterson Province, within the broader structural corridor associated with Telfer, Winu and Havieron.
  • Large, largely untested land position: More than 50 km of prospective strike at Telfer North, where copper, gold and silver mineralisation has been observed at surface and priority targets remain undrilled.
  • Compelling early field evidence: Reconnaissance identified folded Proterozoic sediments, visible gold and bornite at North Dome; a limited rock-chip program returned up to 3.47 g/t gold. Rock-chip results are selective grab samples and are not necessarily representative of grade or continuity.
  • Multiple independent targeting datasets: Field observations, SensOre’s independently modelled Cu-Au-Ag prospectivity target, and reprocessed seismic data each point to a large dome-style target region at Telfer North.
  • Cannington optionality: A 950 km² landholding in Queensland’s Mount Isa Inlier, contiguous with South32 tenure, includes untested gravity anomalies and historical drilling that intersected copper-gold mineralisation but was not followed up.
  • High-grade surface copper at Mount Shaw: The granted Queensland project has reported historical surface rock-chip values up to 24.5% copper, 1.24 g/t gold and 124 g/t silver, yet has never been drill tested.
  • Portfolio-scale exploration exposure: Three projects collectively cover approximately 2,600 km² near established gold, copper and silver districts, providing several potential discovery catalysts rather than reliance on one prospect.
  • Experienced technical and corporate leadership: The board and management team includes former Telfer Chief Geologist Colin Moorhead, geoscience executive Dr Jeff Keetley, field geologist Kent Balas and experienced mining finance professional Rex Turkington.
  • Clear proposed funding pathway: The current pre-IPO round is intended to fund ASX-listing work, positioning the Company to pursue a larger proposed IPO and future drilling program.
  • Early entry before drilling: Telfer North and Mount Shaw have not been drill tested, while Cannington has had limited historical drilling; the opportunity is inherently speculative and success depends on future exploration and funding.
