Term Sheet & Presentation
Proposed Commercial Model
Syncorana’s strategy is focused on developing commercially sustainable revenue streams across Indigenous training, housing, consulting and technology initiatives through a combination of government funded programs, strategic partnerships and commercial project participation. The Company’s proposed operating model includes four key focus areas:
Education and Training
Delivery of Indigenous-focused vocational education, workforce development and employment pathway programs through Dreamtime Training.
Housing and Community Infrastructure
Affordable and modular housing opportunities supported by strategic partnerships, manufacturing initiatives and Indigenous land participation.
Technology and Community Services
AI-assisted research and development initiatives focused on education, housing and Indigenous community engagement outcomes.
Indigenous Economic Participation
Collaborative commercial partnerships with Indigenous organisations and landholders across training, housing, infrastructure and community development activities.
Prefabricated Indigenous Housing for Western Sydney
Syncorana’s housing strategy is focused on participating in the growing demand for affordable and social housing through a model combining Indigenous partnerships, workforce development, modular construction and strategic project participation.
The Company is progressing discussions regarding a proposed partnership with Steco Centar, an experienced European prefabricated housing manufacturer with more than 20 years of operating history supplying compliant, energy-efficient homes internationally. The proposed arrangement is intended to support the establishment of an advanced manufacturing facility and adjacent training campus in Western Sydney.
The Western Sydney initiative is expected to represent a key long-term growth opportunity for Syncorana, combining affordable housing delivery with Indigenous employment, training and economic participation outcomes. Subject to successful execution, the initiative has the potential to support significant long-term revenues through housing development activities, manufacturing participation and associated training operations.
The proposal aligns with increasing housing demand, NSW government housing priorities and broader Closing the Gap initiatives, while positioning Syncorana to participate in the growing Australian prefabricated and modular housing sector.
Planned NSX Listing
Syncorana is targeting a listing on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) to support its next phase of growth, improve market visibility and provide a public-market platform for future capital raising and shareholder liquidity.
The planned listing is intended to enhance governance and transparency, strengthen Syncorana’s appeal to investors and government stakeholders, and better support its Indigenous partnership strategy. Based on the current indicative timetable, the company intends to commence the IPO process with a target listing in Q3 2026, subject to approvals and market conditions.
