The Offeror seeks to raise up to approximately A$200 million by way of a Placement of 150.9 million shares (“Securities”) exclusively to wholesale investors (the “Placement” or the “Offer”). In the event the Placement is oversubscribed, the Company reserves the right to take over subscriptions pursuant to its placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
In conjunction with the Placement, the Offeror also intends to conduct a Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) to existing eligible shareholders. Further details on the SPP will be announced following completion of the Placement.
Details of the Placement:

The Placement will take place under a single tranche issued in accordance with the Company’s available placement capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

Placement Securities issued will be issued on a cum-dividend basis (Final Dividend to be paid 30 Nov).

WLE’s investment process combines a top-down macroeconomic analysis with the Investment Manager’s proven fundamental research and market positioning investment process to deliver investors a stream of fully franked dividends, provide capital growth and preserve capital of the Company.
Fund overview
WAM Leaders has delivered attractive, benchmark‑beating returns for investors since inception. As at 31 July 2026, the investment portfolio has outperformed the S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index on a since‑inception basis, reflecting consistent value‑add from active management. The strategy has produced a growing stream of fully franked dividends, with 96.5 cents per share paid since inception including franking credits, and an increased annualised full‑year dividend of 9.6 cents per share supported by profit reserves of 28.3 cents per share. This combination of income and capital growth has underpinned strong total shareholder returns over time.
