Tabba Tabba Project Overview:

  • Tier-one Pilbara location: Situated in Western Australia’s highly prospective Pilbara lithium region, approximately 80km from Port Hedland and close to the Pilgangoora and Wodgina lithium operations.
  • Strong development footing: A large, consolidated regional landholding under a granted mining lease, providing a clear pathway toward development.
  • Demonstrated exploration success: Wildcat has made three lithium discoveries in three years—Leia, Luke and Bolt Cutter—highlighting further regional growth potential.
  • Large-scale, high-confidence resource: Tabba Tabba hosts a 74.1Mt JORC Mineral Resource grading 1.0% Li₂O, containing 740kt of Li₂O, with 94% of the resource in the Indicated category.
  • Robust PFS economics: The July 2025 PFS outlined a post-tax NPV8 of A$1.2 billion, a post-tax IRR of 23% and a 5.4-year payback period, based on a long-term spodumene price assumption of US$1,384/t.
  • Scalable processing profile: Initial plant throughput of 2.2Mtpa, with scope to expand production capacity to 4.5Mtpa.
  • Competitive projected operating costs: Forecast C1 costs of US$541/t and all-in sustaining costs of US$658/t.
  • Defined development timeline: DFS targeted for Q4 2026, construction expected to commence in H2 2027, and first lithium production targeted during 2028.

Bolt Cutter Highlights

  • Strategic proximity: Located just 10km west of the flagship Tabba Tabba Lithium Project, providing potential development and infrastructure synergies.

  • Large-scale discovery potential: Bolt Cutter comprises a stacked pegmatite system that remains open in multiple directions, supporting further resource-growth potential.

  • Near-term resource catalyst: Wildcat is targeting a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for Bolt Cutter in the second half of 2026.

  • Potential production upside: A successful resource definition programme could support an increased production profile and/or extend the operating life of Tabba Tabba.

  • Exceptional drill widths: Recent drilling has returned multiple broad, consistent mineralised intervals, including:

    • 180m at 1.1% Li₂O from 206m.
    • 119m at 1.0% Li₂O from 334m.
    • 110m at 1.2% Li₂O from 195m.
    • 105m at 1.1% Li₂O from 214m.
    • 99m at 1.2% Li₂O from 207m.
  • Higher-grade zones identified: Drilling has also returned notable higher-grade intercepts, including 43m at 1.4% Li₂O from 316m, alongside 54m at 1.2% Li₂O from 268m.

  • Consistent mineralisation across depth: Additional results—50m at 1.1% Li₂O from 178m, 61m at 1.1% Li₂O from 227m and 44m at 1.1% Li₂O from 189m—reinforce the continuity and scale of the system.
